DESCRIPTION
Taking inspiration from national and international standards, in-house specifications have been developed to ensure only the highest quality and most accurate products are provided. All squares are manufactured as standard with 4 face flatness, squareness and parallelism and wight reducing holes to aid in handling and usability. The measuring faces are wide enough to ensure stability and offers a larger measuring capability.
USES
As a guidance our granite master squares have the following uses:
Grade 00 - Perfect for laboratories to use as a master when calibrating parallelism, squareness and straightness of other measuring equipment and laboratory standards. High precision master squares are also the ideal solution to calibrating the X, Y and Z axis of measuring machines such as CMMs and for the setting and accurate inspection of CNC machine tools.
Grade 0 - Offer the solution for accurate and reliable inspection of parallelism, squareness and straightness of manufactured parts and products.
